Our workshops use scientifically researched methods shown to increase self-compassion and physical bliss.

This signature program combines My FEEL GOOD Way with Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC).

About My FEEL GOOD Way


My FEEL GOOD Way includes practices that balance the body while decreasing stress levels. It is a program, developed by Margo Guenther, which focuses on changing the habits that cause suffering in our lives. These are real-time practices that we can do anytime, anywhere -- so that we may start enjoying relaxation and better health right away.  

About MSC 


Mindful Self-Compassion is a program that teaches tools for resilience and self-encouragement -- in other words how to move out of self-criticism. Co-founder, Dr. Kristin Neff, a pioneering researcher, has shown that MSC enhances mental and emotional wellbeing. The results of scientific randomized trial show that this program reduces depression, anxiety, burnout, and physical pain.
