We offer programs that combine My FEEL GOOD Way with a variety of cutting-edge modalities, such as Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC). Our programs also draw from a wide variety of dialogue and somatic practices (such as Feldenkrais® Dreamwork, Nonviolent Communication, Social-Body Theater and Embodied Creativity.

Margo Guenther

Wellness Coach and Co-Founder

Margo, with her extensive background in healthcare and bodywork, helps us navigate the complexities of the body and nervous systems.

She has been working as a healer for over 35 years. She’s a registered nurse, licensed massage therapist, teacher of many modalities (including reiki and emotional freedom technique. She has been a massage therapist in Soap Lake Washington for over 20 years and owner of Margo in Mexico Massage and Spa Services, in Tulum, for 15 years. She is the creator of My FEEL GOOD Way, a program that has helped thousands of people around the world diminish their suffering and live better lives.

 

Lena Hyde Nuñez

Somatic Therapist and Co-Founder

Lena is a passionate therapist and relationship counselor who loves helping others find their individual pathways toward healing and contributing to our world. She facilitates community-based groups focused on human development, creativity, communication, mindfulness and physical re-patterning. 

She has also been teaching Mindful Self-Compassion to groups and individuals since graduating (in 2021) from the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion, where she studied with various international leaders in mental health, including co-founder Dr. Chris Germer.
